Service Support

As well as providing nationwide UK support to the fleets that we have installed we also provide field support services to our customers who require their own fleet customers to be supported.

Working against agreed SLAs and KPIs our customer service team provide a seamless service solution – which can include service stock holding and despatch along with the handling of the subsequent equipment repair process if required.

End Of Life Vehicles

The handling of large fleets inevitably involves the removal of whatever equipment is installed.

In a typical year we will handle in excess of 25,000 equipment exchanges when vehicles come to end of life and new vehicles are brought on to fleet.

This can involve the movement and tracking of the equipment from the old vehicle to the new vehicle which can include refurbishment, repackaging, reconfiguration, etc of the equipment to ensure that the new vehicle comes on to fleet in a fully operational state.

Our 4000 sq ft storage and testing facility has the ability to efficiently and competently handle equipment through this whole recycling process.
