Efficient Administration
We operate a highly efficient electronic booking, allocation and reporting system.

We use automated electronic transfer of information for the following tasks:
  • Receipt of information from our customer
  • Upload of data into our booking system
  • Ordering of parts
  • Work allocation to field engineers
  • Return of work completed information from field engineers
  • Customer reporting
The only manual task that we undertake is to physically telephone the customer to agree a time and date.

The field engineers complete a physical job sheet with the customer, leaving a copy on site, but also return a copy of the job sheet electronically immediately following the completion of the job. View example

This enables fully verified reporting, including a copy of the signed job sheet within @ 1 hour of the actual job completion.
